I've worked as a career counsellor with clients ranging from young executives putting in 12-15 hour days to young entrepreneurs who have all day to themselves. Both groups had difficulty figuring out how to best organise their time, despite the fact that their days look very different. Every single person on the planet needs to be highly proficient at making the most of each day.
